Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Ross (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ross mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
1. Who we are
Ross is a salon management application for organizations (salons) and their authorized staff. Questions about this policy: no-reply@lazezs.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your role and how your salon uses Ross, we may process:
- Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed via our authentication provider), role, and organization membership.
- Business and employee data — staff profiles, contact details, employment-related records, salaries and advances, expenses, bills, documents, digital signatures, company profile/branding, and reports you create in the app.
- Device and usage data — app version, device type, crash/diagnostic information, connectivity status, and push notification tokens (when notifications are enabled).
- Files you upload — documents, images, PDFs, and similar content stored for your organization.
3. How we use information
- Provide authentication, access control, and the Salon Management features
- Generate advance slips, documents, and financial/operational reports
- Send in-app and push notifications you or your organization configure
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability of the Service
- Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where data-protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure business product, consent where required (for example certain notifications), and legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers that host or process data on our behalf (for example cloud database, authentication, file storage, analytics or crash reporting, and push notification delivery).
- Members of your organization according to the roles and permissions your salon configures (Owner, Manager, Employee).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your organization maintains an account and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Organization administrators control much of the business content stored in Ross.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security in our backend where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Employees should first contact their salon administrator for records managed by the organization. You can also request account deletion as described on our Delete account page, or email no-reply@lazezs.com.
10. Children’s privacy
Ross is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
